Terms of use

Effective 19 September 2026

These terms govern use of Gomind: the website, API, dashboard, and MCP server. By creating an account or calling the API you agree to them.

The service

Gomind stores a knowledge graph for your organization and lets your applications and AI agents remember, recall, and forget facts. We may change features as we ship. Credits, rate limits, and plan ceilings apply as shown in the dashboard.

Accounts

You must provide accurate account information and keep credentials secret. You are responsible for API keys, OAuth grants, and agent activity under your organization. Admins can invite users; you control who may write memory.

Acceptable use

Do not use Gomind to:

  • violate law or others’ rights;
  • store or distribute illegal content;
  • probe or disrupt the service or other tenants;
  • bypass billing, credits, or collection isolation;
  • submit facts whose only purpose is to manipulate or jailbreak a connected model against that model’s terms.

Memory is whatever you write. You are responsible for having the rights to store it and for what your agents do with recalled facts.

MCP connectors

Hosted MCP at https://mcp.gominddb.com is the same service as the API, reached through OAuth or an API key. Marketplace listings (Claude, ChatGPT, Grok, the MCP Registry) do not change these terms. The host’s own terms also apply to that host.

Credits and payment

Paid plans and credit packs are billed through Stripe. Prices are shown at checkout. Credits are consumed when API or MCP operations run, including operations issued by an agent you connected. Unused credits are not a cash balance. Refunds only where the law requires.

Intellectual property

You retain rights in the facts you store. We need a limited license to host, embed, index, and display that content so the service can function. Gomind, the site, and the SDKs remain ours.

Availability

The service is provided as-is. We do not promise uninterrupted uptime, perfect recall, or that embeddings will match your expectations. You should not store the only copy of critical data solely in Gomind.

Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, Gomind is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for a claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the three months before the claim.

Changes and termination

We may update these terms by posting a new effective date on this page. Material changes will be reasonable in light of a hosted API. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms or that present security or legal risk. You may stop using the service and delete your organization.
